While we always do our best to accommodate all our vendors' special requests, as our show and vendor list grows we have developed the following policy:

All special requests are considered at the time of table layout design. Table layout design takes place about 2 weeks prior to show dates.
Priority is given in the following order :
1) Paid Sponsors (In order of paid commitment)
2) Paid Vendors(In order of paid commitment)
